This is a guest blog brought to you by yogi and fitness expert Mckall Smith! She is sharing her blender banana bread recipe with us! If you make it please tag #CircuitWorks in a picture 🙂
Ingredients
What you’ll need:
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter. (Can substitute with apple sauce, avocado, greek yogurt, or a nut butter.)
1 3/4 cups flour
3 ripe medium size banana
1 cup sugar (coconut or a natural sugar, not white sugar.)
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup of nuts (optional)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Put eggs, sugar, bananas, and butter in blender. Blend till smooth.
Mix soda, flour, cream of tartar, and salt in a bowl.
Pour blender contents in and mix just to combine. Don’t over mix. Pour into a greased 8×4 loaf pan and bake at 350 about 45 min and golden brown.
It’s finished when tooth pick comes out clean. It always takes longer than 45 min. But just check it. Cool and eat!
